What happens when it's raining or snowing?
Appointments are only cancelled if it's raining or snowing during the actual appointment time. If we need to cancel your appointment because of weather, we'll let you know. Your payment will be refunded.
100% hand wash? What's that mean?
We use the latest and most advanced rinseless car wash technology. Our wash solution contains high lubricating polymers that bond to paint while safely releasing dirt/grime, leaving a brilliant finish. Compared to a traditional car wash, this process uses 95% less water. We do utilize a pressure washer in certain cases of excessive mud/dirt before hand washing.
How does it compare to traditional car washes?
Automated tunnel car washes can leave permanent clear coat scratches from dirty machinery. Coin-operated pressure washes are great for blasting off mud, but generally fail leave your car perfectly clean. Compared to these, hand washing leaves a spotless vehicle. All of our detailers receive hours of training and we never reuse dirty wash mitts or drying towels!
Do you accept walk-ups or do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, if we have time. The detailer will be able to tell you what openings (if any) are immediately available. Otherwise, appointments can be scheduled at any time via the website or mobile platforms.
How long does it take?
Depending on your service selection and the condition of your vehicle, our services generally take between 30 and 90 minutes.
How do I pay?
Payment is required when the appointment is booked. All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted!
What happens when I schedule an appointment?
You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. Before your scheduled appointment, we'll send another email and text reminder. If we need to contact you, our detailer will call you.
Where do I park my vehicle?
For services at home, leave your vehicle in the driveway. For services at work, please park in an area where our detailer has enough space to work around the car with at least 3 feet on every side. We may call you if we need you to move the vehicle.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee as long the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $15 cancellation fee applies.
What about my valuables?
We request that all valuable items are removed from the vehicle prior to the interior cleaning. Items that are left in the vehicle may be bagged and set aside at our discretion. We are not responsible for losses or damages.
What products do you use?
We use professional grade chemicals and soaps from Meguiar's, Rain-X, and Optimum Car Care.
When will you arrive?
We do our best to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. If we are significantly off schedule for any reason, we will let you know.
Can I set up a weekly or recurring service?
Absolutely! After you select your time slot, click the "recurring" button instead of "continue." You are then able to specify the day(s) and time(s) you'd like us to service your vehicle.
Do you clean inside consoles, trunks, etc.?
We do not open or clean inside any trunk, console, glove compartment, or other latched/locked storage compartment inside your vehicle without your instruction to do so. We will vacuum trunk areas upon request.
Who's washing my car?
Safety is important to us. We do our best to hire the right people. All of our detailers are employees--not contractors--and have submitted to background checks before being hired.
